1. SERVICES

ACE Charters agrees to provide transportation Services in accordance with industry standards and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations in Canada.

ACE Charters reserves the right to subcontract Services to qualified and properly licensed operators when necessary. ACE Charters remains responsible for service coordination.

All Services are subject to vehicle availability and written confirmation.

2. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by ACE Charters dispatch or management.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, including passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations, schedule and flight details, luggage requirements, and special accommodations. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges.

3. RATES & PAYMENT TERMS

Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to interest of 2% per month (24% annually).

Additional charges may apply for overtime or waiting time, extra stops, route deviations, cleaning or damage, tolls, parking, ferry fees, and fuel surcharge (if applicable).

ACE Charters reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment for large or multi-day bookings.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will incur no charge.

Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

For multi-day or large-scale charters, custom cancellation terms may apply as stated in the service agreement.

5. WAITING TIME

Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals.

Additional waiting time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

For airline crew or corporate contracts, waiting terms may be governed by separate agreement.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to ensure orderly conduct of all passengers.

ACE Charters reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, presents a safety risk, or causes damage to the vehicle.

The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by passengers, including cleaning fees or repairs.

7. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

ACE Charters complies with all applicable transportation safety regulations.

Drivers are commercially licensed and trained in defensive driving practices.

Seatbelt use is mandatory where available.

ACE Charters reserves the right to alter routes due to road closures, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ACE Charters shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, mechanical failure beyond reasonable control, acts of God, or government restrictions.

Liability for any claim arising out of Services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.

ACE Charters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

ACE Charters shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, civil disturbances, government action, or mechanical breakdown.

10. INSURANCE

ACE Charters maintains commercial vehicle insurance in accordance with provincial and federal transportation regulations.

Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

11. PRIVACY

ACE Charters collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing Services. Information will not be sold or disclosed except as required by law.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ACE Charters and the Client unless superseded by a signed service contract.

14. ACCEPTANCE

By confirming a booking with ACE Charters, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
